Mindfulness through movement

This workshop looks at how we can use our sense of sight, smell, sound, taste, touch and even physical movement to bring mindful awareness into our everyday lives and all its benefits including greater focus, reduced anxiety and stress, improved sleep and increased happiness and optimism.
Mindful and compassion toolkit
Thursday 20 May, 10.30am to 11am
Learn some useful quick tools to help you feel cool, calm and compassionate as you go throughout your day. We will look at the power of breath and self-soothing gestures.
